How do we start?

Testing all changes on our own server

An obligatory step of our work is testing. Especially if the code was not written by us, that check is our guarantee that the project will run smoothly and without failures.

We first implement all enhancements on a test server. Checking how the system reacts to changes, eliminate possible disruptions. And only after full debugging is the code released to the live site. We run most of the tests on our own servers so as not to burden client resources. So while we solve the technical challenges, you can focus on what matters most — growing your business.

We start any tech support project with a technical audit.

What exactly do we study during a site analysis? Depends on a request? If the client turns to us because the site is slow to load and work — we check the quality of the source code, what scripts and third-party modules are used, how many of them, see if there are no unnecessary requests to external systems or services.
Well, if a client needs general tech support for a Bitrix site we check:
  • Whether a version control system is used;
  • Code security (static vulnerability analysis);
  • Quality of code: how it is structured, whether there is a history of changes, whether Bitrix guides are followed;
  • What third-party modules are used, how many;
  • The speed of page generation, the amount of JavaScript used;
  • How exactly the adaptive version is implemented, etc.

  • What guarantees do you give for your work?

    We are accountable for our work not with words, but with a contract. If something suddenly goes wrong after implementation, we will fix it at our own expense. The warranty covers all tweaks and bugs within our services. Doing it well on the first try is our standard, but if adjustments are needed, we are always in touch

  • How much does it cost for technical maintenance of a website on Bitrix?

    Neither for Bitrix sites nor for other resources we do not have a fixed cost. The price depends on the volume of tasks. But we have a minimum service pack of 30 hours per month. This is enough to audit the site, fix critical errors, and get the work up and running. In addition, after such a ‘Test Drive’ of our team, you will be able to evaluate our work and decide on further cooperation
