Personal data privacy policy

This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the site located on the imedia.by domain name or on the imedia.by subdomain can receive about the User while using the site.
  1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
    1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
      1. "Site Administration" - employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of the state of emergency "Aymedia Solutions", which organize and (or) process personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

  6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
    1. The user is obliged:

    2. The site administration is obliged to:
      1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Policy confidentiality.
      2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without prior the written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclosure in other possible ways of the transmitted personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

      4. Block personal data related to the respective User with the moment of the appeal or request of the User or his legal representative or an authorized body on the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
  7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
    1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred By the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of cases provided for in cl. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
    2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration does not bear responsibility if this confidential information:
      1. Became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
      2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
      3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
  8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
